Quality at Wholly is not a department that inspects at the end of the line. It is six checkpoints, built into the flow of every order — from the first coil of steel to the sealed crate on the truck. Each gate exists for the same reason: catch the problem here, where it costs minutes. Never at your site, where it costs trust.
Gate 1 — Incoming Material Verification
Production begins with verification. Incoming steel and hardware are checked against mill certificates and order specifications before a single sheet is cut. If the material does not match the requirement, it never enters the workshop.
Gate 2 — In-Process Control During Manufacturing
From laser cutting and CNC punching to precision bending and robotic MIG welding, every operation follows controlled process documents. Operators perform spot checks between stages, so deviations are corrected while the part is still on the machine — not after the batch is complete.
Gate 3 — Dimensional Inspection
Every critical dimension is measured against the drawing: calipers, gauges and dedicated fixtures, with records filed by batch. If a part ever needs to be traced, its inspection history is one folder away.
Gate 4 — Team Review
Before finishing and assembly, the batch is reviewed together by production, quality and the responsible engineer. Discrepancies are discussed openly and resolved on the spot — this is where small issues are stopped before they become customer issues.
Gate 5 — Protective Packaging
Once approved, parts are prepared for the journey: protective wrapping, corner protection, and custom wooden crates where the parts call for it. We pack every shipment the way we would want to receive it.
Gate 6 — Final Release
The last gate is a sign-off, not a formality. Nothing leaves our workshop until quality assurance has released it — and the inspection report travels with the shipment, so the proof arrives with the parts.
