FAQ

Q1: What materials can you laser-cut?

We process carbon steel (up to 25mm), stainless steel (up to 20mm), aluminum (up to 15mm), brass, and copper. Material certificates available on request.

Q2: What is your typical cutting tolerance?

Laser cutting tolerance is ±0.1mm for material thickness ≤10mm, and ±0.2mm for 10-25mm. CNC bending angle tolerance is ±0.5°.

Q3: Can you handle both prototyping and volume orders?

Yes. For prototypes, we typically deliver within 10-15 days. For volume production, lead time is 20-30 days depending on quantity and secondary processes.

Q4: What file formats do you accept?

We accept 2D drawings in .dxf / .dwg / .pdf and 3D models in .step / .stp / .igs. Our engineering team provides a free DFM review on every drawing before quoting.

Q5: Do you offer surface finishing after cutting and bending?

Yes — powder coating, zinc plating, anodizing (for aluminum), brushing, and silk-screen printing are all available in-house or through our audited finishing partners.

Q6: How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency?

We use CNC-programmed nests for laser cutting and CNC back-gauges for bending. First-article inspection is performed on every batch, and a QC report is included with shipment.
