Q1: What welding processes do you use?
We offer MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and robotic MIG welding. Our welding procedures are certified under EN 1090 and ISO 3834, audited by SGS.
Q2: What materials can you weld?
Carbon steel, stainless steel (304/316), and aluminum. Material thickness range from 1mm sheet to 25mm plate, depending on joint design and process selection.
Q3: Do you provide weld inspection and testing?
Yes. We perform visual inspection on 100% of welds, plus dye penetrant testing (PT) or magnetic particle testing (MT) on critical joints by request. Inspection reports included with each shipment.
Q4: Can you fabricate large welded structures?
Yes — our 26-acre campus handles welded frames and box structures up to several meters in length. Overhead cranes and positioning fixtures support heavy and large-scale assemblies.
Q5: What surface treatment is available after welding?
Post-weld treatments include zinc plating (electro-galvanized or hot-dip), powder coating in RAL colors, red oxide primer, and stress-relief heat treatment for heavy-gauge structures.
Q6: How do you prevent weld distortion on thin-gauge parts?
We use controlled heat input, staggered weld sequences, and custom fixturing to minimize distortion. Our welding engineers review each drawing for distortion risk during the DFM stage.
