OverviewSRH-F01 is a one-piece press-bent Z/S-shaped tile roof hook that fixes aluminium PV mounting rails onto timber rafters under clay or concrete roof tiles. It is formed from a single SUS304 stainless steel plate with no welding at all, then shot-blasted and pickled/passivated for long-term outdoor corrosion resistance.

JoiningNo welding — single-piece bent part; rail and rafter connections are made on site with M8/M10 stainless steel bolts
Secondary machiningAll slots cut in the flat state before bending: 3–4 base slots 11 × 25 mm (0.433 × 0.984 in) + 1 rail slot 11 × 25 mm; then deburring and chamfering to R0.5 mm
