FAQ
Q1: Do you make stamping tooling in-house?
Yes. Our in-house toolroom designs and fabricates progressive dies, compound dies, and forming tools. Tooling lead time is typically 25-35 days depending on complexity.
Q2: What is your minimum order quantity for stamped parts?
For simple stampings: 1,000 pcs. For progressive-die parts requiring dedicated tooling: 5,000-10,000 pcs depending on part size and material. We also support prototype stamping for first-article approval.
Q3: Can you combine multiple processes in one order?
Yes — this is our core model. A single order can include laser cutting, stamping, CNC bending, welding, machining, and surface finishing — all produced and QC'd in-house without subcontracting.
Q4: How do you handle complex assemblies with tight fitment requirements?
Our engineering team performs a DFM review before production, checking tolerance stack-up across all sub-components. Assembly fixtures are built for each project to ensure consistent fitment batch to batch.
Q5: What quality certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental), and ISO 45001:2018 (OHS). We are also certified under EN 1090 / ISO 3834 for welding quality and TÜV Rheinland CBAM for carbon accounting.
Q6: Can I visit your factory or get a video tour?
Yes. We welcome factory visits at our Qingdao campus. A virtual tour via video call can also be arranged for clients who cannot travel. Contact us to schedule.
